These taste and texture of this cookie is very similar to the doughy, soft edges of a Mrs. Fields cookie. I wish the chocolate flavor was stronger...perhaps with a fudgy/melty chocolate filling. Instead, the chocolate middle has the same texture as the outer cookie. The cookies tasted a little stale as well. Maybe I might try microwaving them? All in all, I don't think I'll purchase it again. Bourbon makes really great chocolate cookie biscuits, I'll probably stick with the Alfort line.
